Over the Bar (OTB) Bicycle Cafe on Pittsburgh's South Side opened in January, and it was featured in Pop City: "The first-of-its-kind in western Pennsylvania, the family-friendly café features colorful ceiling murals by Ashley Hodder and ‘art bikes' constructed by THICK Bikes owner Chris Beech. Red Star Ironworks artist Grace Catranis used recycled bike parts to create OTB's wall sconces. The Library restaurant is located at 2302 East Carson Street (near the Birmingham Bridge) in Pittsburgh's historic South Side. Scott Beveridge, award winning writer and photographer at the Observer-Reporter, had this to say about it on his blog: "The menu is even sandwiched between the pages of books, and its selections have witty names inspired by book titles and authors. There are some great benefits to living closer to downtown - proximity to food, entertainment and shopping, as well as access to the amazing cultural scene.
