That's a good point because there are 3.5 million new foreclosures expected to come on the market in North America this year. Then, another 2.5 million are expected next year! What's that new building going up on Eastfield Road? After a little detective work we found that it's a new fire station for the Town of Huntersville. This particular station will serve the eastern Huntersville area. While this will start as a volunteer station it will be converted over to a municipal paid station in time. The projected completion date is unknown but the rate of construction is moving along at a fast pace.
