I went out to preview Rio Rancho NM Homes for Sale today, and I saw some great one story homes. I am amazed that in this competitive real estate market that some sellers have not really made their homes ready for showings. I saw one home that had dirty dishes on the counters and smelly diapers on the floor. They knew I was coming, but they didn't take the time to tidy up. Of course, that was the worst house I saw today, but there were other homes that needed to be decluttered and depersonalized. My goal in previewing Rio Rancho Homes was to select only the best one story homes to show my relocation buyers. The have specific needs, they'll only look at one story homes with refrigerated air, and they'll only look at clean and decluttered homes. So Mr. and Mrs. home seller, clean and declutter your home.
