With over 100 thousands homes on the market here in Metro-Atlanta, it is a perfect time to be a home buyer. For those who are unaware, metropolitan Atlanta covers approximately 20 counties in estimated 60 mile radius around the city of Atlanta. Whew!!! That is huge and we are growing everyday.
