I got a call last night from one of my investor clients who I referred to a management company. He told me he had left messages with the representative from the management company three days in a row with no return call. He commented sarcasticly that he wished they would do what I did when he called me - answer the phone ! I was infuriated because to a certain extent, the reflection is on me as it was my referral to him.
