Many of our of Haymarket residents have been wondering about the huge fence going up along RT. 15N. The fence is actually a Noise Abatement Fence for the Westmarket Chase Neighborhood. This sound barrier fence is funded by Prince William County and it will be 12 feet high and constructed out of a medium gray composite material.
