Atlantic Development Corporation is going to double the Stimulus Packet for buyers in The Reserve at Hidden Lake in Sanford. As of today, and for the month of July 2009, all those who purchase homes in The Reserve at Hidden Lake will receive an $8,000 stimulus packet from the developer, and first time Home Buyers who qualify, will receive additional $8,000 federal tax credit. In other words, a qualifying first time homebuyers will get up to $16,000 when purchasing a home in The Reserve at Hidden Lake.
