I see this mistake with my fellow

They post how many calls, notes and pop-bys
they accomplished each week. But,
I never see the results of that work posted.
We have to evaluate the quality of the work
we're doing, not just the volume.
The winner doesn't have the most tasks done,
They have the most clients served so well,
