I have written over 7,000 personal notes in my real estate career.

when you buy coffee at a coffee shop.
We stopped buying bottled water 12 years ago.
We use a local well, water delivery service out of Santee, CA
and we invested in metal hiking canteens
and lets face it,
title companies always give away hard-plastic water bottles.
No more trashing Mother Nature's fine work -
with mostly non-recyclable plastic throw away bottles.

Buyers are back looking for homes and entering the (almost) post-Covid housing market, while sellers over all are enjoying a robust and competitive market. However, I'll caution you here in San Diego that move-in-ready sells quicker in most areas of our county, much faster than homes with deferred maintenance.
