We owe it to ourselves, our families and our clients, to give the the best of us, not what's left of us. We need to take care of ourselves, protect our time and we need to learn our craft like masters of our industry. We endeavor to do our best.
If you're not relating to this and this industry is not for you, leave. No … (15 comments)

energy management: How To Be A REALTOR® and Still Have A Life. Part 2 - 06/04/22 09:53 AM
How To Be A REALTOR® and Still Have A Life. Part 2

This is an opinion based on 34 years of entrepreneurship, being my own boss and 23 of those years honing my craft in the real estate industry.
It's one way to do things and as I always quote, be a student, not a follower
- "eat the meat and toss the bones". "The meat", is up to you.

Yes, REALTORS® that want to last in this industry, do take vacations.
And here's a tip: REALTORS® that want to remain happy, married, and connected to their kids, pets and friends - definitely take time … (7 comments)

Editor's Note:
I'm sorry I missed you yesterday my friends, Saturday was my first missed Take Action post

Are you more self aware?

A better communicator?

More patient?

energy management: Managing Your Energy and Your Focus; It's Not About Your Time. - 06/24/17 05:35 PM

Through many books, classes and my coaching with Brian Buffini founder of Buffini & Company , I've received my Masters Degree in Time Blocking and Energy Management.

There are many of you that are so self disciplined and organized, my post will be a refresher at best, but those of you who are like me that struggle with this discipline daily, you will find some nuggets in here.
