This contest was easy for me to come up with my subject as all I needed to do was to look at my most bookmarked Active Rain Member! No while some of you like Jason E. Gordon, Jeff Dowler, CRS, Craig Daniels and Mimi Foster were some of my top bookmarks (and many of you that I couldn't list here too) in The Rain, one member stood out to me as my most book marked.

Lou always had sage advice and this one warranted a re-blog given the time of year. There's still time to get your 2023 Game Plan activated.
I think my old friend Lou Ludwig's words of wisdom are a perfect reminder of

lou ludwig: Lou Ludwig: A Tribute (R.I.P. to Our AR Friend) - 12/23/17 06:24 PM

 
I was saddened at the news that we lost Lou Ludwig recently. We found out today through the Q&A as Silvia Dukes PA, Broker Associate, CRS, CIPS, SRES raised the question today and Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! updated us.
 
 
Lou was the epitome of a gentleman and always posted very positive antidotes in his blog. I remember many short, pleasant exchanges with him over the years on our posts. 
 
Lou will be missed, but remembered. This was one of my favorite posts by Lou I re-posted back in February 2107, it seems appropriate given the news:
