Will Hamm recently asked in the Q&A the following question:
What is your take on interest rates when the Feds meet in Dec.? 
 
My response: "It doesn't matter." I want to thank Will for inspiring me to write this post which uses his question as a platform, but is outwardly focused for your consideration.
 
 
It   just   doesn't   matter,  because to a professional we'll continue to work regardless!  If rates or inventory are low, climbing or high. It doesn't matter who the president is or what war we're in or how the economy is performing. And to some degree, it does not even stop us … (11 comments)

Your action for today is to reflect on a lesson
you've learned from a past mistake.
 
 
 
One lesson for me to learn from was: dwelling on the past.
It's a mistake to miss your
present by dwelling on your past.
Past mistakes, loses, past relationships and
past  "used to be's" .
Learning to improvise, adapt and overcome 
afforded me surving my past mistakes
and traumas; eventually thriving
 in the "new normal".
Weed your garden, make room for the blooms!
