I have received 3 personal notes in 20 years
from Brian Buffini of Buffini & Company and each made my day.
 
 
I have written over 7,000 personal notes in my real estate career.
I know my number because I've documented them in my CRM, along with calls, pop-bys and client parties.
 
When you write a note to someone, the question to ask yourself
is how can I bless this person's day?
