I'm blessed to have many happy anniversaries in my life, which include turning points like:
starting Nelson DJ Entertainment in Summer 1987 which I operated for 30 years successfully), buying my first house in Spring 1990, the birth of my son in October 1997, starting my real estate business in April 1999, the chance meeting of both my coach or 23 years Brian Buffini and my future bride, Ailina, in October 1999 and I married her 3 years later in October 2002,  moving to San Diego in November 2003, and so on.

Peroni was one of two puppies I could choose from, that fateful day I met the breeder to pick up our new dog. He was going to be a surprise birthday gift for my bride Ailina, so we were meeting in secret in a shopping mall parking lot. The first puppy I tried to pick up pulled away and whimpered. So, I picked up the happy one next to her instead. That little fur ball with a box head and cute nose.

Cardiff-by-the-Sea (partnered with the City of Encinitas) is ready to celebrate man’s best friend! Set in a beautiful beach community, Cardiff Dog Days of Summer is a fair for dogs and dog lovers. This is a dog friendly event and we welcome our four legged friends but be aware that all dogs must be on leash (6 foot) at all times at the park (except within the Maggie Houlihan Memorial Dog Park area).  You are also asked to be respectful of the park and clean up after pets.
