How To Be A REALTOR® and Still Have A Life. Part 1 Is Real Estate 24/7? NO! People without boundaries are 24/7. Can you take a full day off in Real Estate? YES! Consider it to avoid burnout. REALTORS® Take Vacations??? YES! Go enjoy your hard work by stepping away from it. Your Boundaries are only respected by others, if you respect them too. Don't violate your own boundaries! There's always going to the agents that work 24/7, they think it's their mojo, they believe it's necessary.
