I have spent years vacationing and part-time living on Maui, Hawai'i. Whenever I'm there, inevitably people in service, neighbors and strangers will say "Aloha!" (hello, goodbye, love)or "Mahalo" (thank you). I never get pissed off and yell back - "I'm not Hawai'ian!". In fact I accept it as their culture being shared with me, they are greeting me in their own way. "When in Rome".

As we enter November, and we approach Thanksgiving, I can't help but to reflect on what I'm grateful for.
Today I'll share that I'm grateful for my friends. I suppose I'm guilty of friendship-category's in my mind. I have childhood friends: birth to 8th grade.
I have high school friend's, work friends from 1984-present from many different jobs, I have DJ friends from that 30 year career, I have REALTOR® friends from 1998-present and of course I have client and networking partner friends too from the last 25 years.
