I see this mistake with my fellow
Buffini & Company coached REALTORS*
They post how many calls, notes and pop-bys
they accomplished each week. But,
I never see the results of that work posted.
We have to evaluate the quality of the work
we're doing, not just the volume.
The winner doesn't have the most tasks done,
They have the most clients served so well,
that they become advocates during and after escrow.

In 2020, especially in the news and online,
people do not have conversations;
they poise & position for rebuttal.
People seem to read headlines and then react,
without reading the whole story first.
People don't listen,
they pause for their turn to talk,
if they don't just cut you off first,
and they've not hear you, because they
are too busy formulating their response.
