Follow up on my Blog, Do You Want To Sell Your HOME??? We have only seen 45 SINGLE Family Homes come on the market in the last 14 days in the Town of Cortlandt, Ossining, Peekskil and Yorktown. There has been 32 closings in that same time period for the towns. We need a lot more people to put thier homes on the market soon other wise we will be running in the negative!
