Real buyers are out there with their agent looking for homes, not driving around looking for FSBO signs. Those buyers that do look for FSBO's are the ones looking for a bargain. Showing Homes almost every day of the week!!!! Things have come to life again in the Real estate Market here in Westchester County. I have been showing home almost every day, sometimes more than one different buyer a day. We are seeing multiple offers on some homes, which is making our sellers very happy. A lot of the homes have been lowering their price but when they do they are getting a substanial amount of new showings. Some are even seeing past buyers coming back to take a second look.
