Well today we are having our 4th Winter Storm of this Winter Season!! Last weekend we have over 50 appointment made for showings on our listings and a couple of walkins. Looked like things were really going to start moving. Now we have a big storm come in on the weekend. The office will probably close soon and yesterday and today we have only had 21 appointments and some of them canceled. I think if the weather was to hold off we would have a good January.

January 4th, finally two more vacant land sales in Putnam County, New York. Each was Board of Health Approved. One was on the market for 380 Days. The other was on for 648 Days, WOW. This seems to be the trend as of late. More and more vacant land taking over a year to finally close. The first one only started at a price of $200,000.00 but took over a year to close at $180,000.00. So it was not greatly overpriced. The second one however started at a price of $389,333.00 and only sold for $241,000.00 and for almost two years. … (0 comments)
