Will An Early Spring Brings The Vacant Land Buyers Out In Full Force? Over the last 30 Days we have seen a large influx of people looking to purchase vacant land. The interest rates on construction loans still low. Mortgage Companies have started financing Vacant Parcels again and this will help sales pick up dramaticaly. I have two banks that will lend on Vacant land purchases right now. Vacant Land loans with 20% to 40% down.
