This privated gated community of approximately 500 acres surrounded by the waters of the inter-coastal including the Wilmington,Herb and Skidaway Rivers is one of Savannah, Georgia's most desirable communities. Most homes currently in the 400,000 to 600,000 to upwards of a million and were built from the 1970s thru 2008. Many homes have their own docks but there is also a community dock and boat ramp. Lots of amenities as well, including tennis, pool, volleyball, playground and basketball court.
