real estate: Home Loan Rates Drop from Last Week

I am sure everyone has seen the market trends from last week to this week. With the Real Estate constantly moving up and down, it can be difficult to get a loan. But with rates so low, now is the best time to lock in those rates! I saw on Yahoo this morning that 30 Year Fixed Mortgage Rates dropped from 4.47 last week to 4.33 this week and 15 Year Fixed Mortgage rates dropped from 3.58 last week to 3.50 this week. This is in fact a buyers market - what does this mean for sellers? It will be harder … (0 comments)
Recently we have had a few short sales and all with different banks. I am findind which are the banks that cooperate and make things easy and which do not. My opinion is a short sale is better for everyone in the end, the bank is getting some money back and the sellers do not need to go through foreclosure. I myself love new technology and learning about the capabilities. It keeps everyone wondering whats next? How can anything be any better then this?
