Go cry, Emo Bank! Short Sales, Foreclosures and Defaulting Homeowners - So Who is Really to Blame? This post, like so many others of mine, actually started life as a comment on a featured post by Jon Zolsky on Reverse Logic or The Art Of Shifting The Blame. I did post the comment, but then I realized it might make a better post on it's own. So I apologize to anyone who is reading this twice, though I am modifying it considerably! reos: Why won't some agents return phone calls?

I confess that I find this to be completely baffling. How in the world do some listing agents expect other agents to show their properties when they just refuse to respond to requests for combo codes or other information? Even calls and emails which include the DRE number are often ignored! Not only it is annoying and time-wasting for the buyer's agent, but it makes us look as though we are stupid, or worse yet, lying about the availability of a property. Buyer's simply cannot credit that SOME agents sometimes won't return calls. Are these agents just THAT busy that they … (0 comments)
