Smyrna TN Home Sales Statistics - 2013 end of year Market Report Smyrna TN home sales are up in volume and median price this year! When considering single family home sales between January and November, the median sale price is up 9.3% from 2012 to 2013! The median sale price for 2013 surpassed the median sale prices for the last 5 years! This doesn’t necessarily mean that every home is worth more than previous years but the local market as a whole has greatly improved and is moving out of the down market we’ve experienced the past several years.
