Every week I search the multiple listing service and find the best real estate buys in Eagle, Idaho. I start by looking for a minimum of three bedrooms, two baths, at least 1,200 square feet, and at least a two-car garage. This weeks list netted eight homes under $75.00 a square foot, which is quite a bargain in any market but especially when you could not replace it for that costs. All but one are vacant and one is new construction.

Local experts say that we have either reached the bottom or are nearing the bottom, price-wise. The sellers who price their homes ahead of the dropping prices, sell.
