I was having lunch with a good friend today who happens to be a hair stylist. He is very good at his craft but struggling with too many open slots on his calendar. His biggest slow days were Wednesdays and Thursdays. I asked him a simple question...

As a coach the most common response I get is,
"Tim, I have been thinking about do this or that, what do you think?"
I think you should just do it! Too often we sit around pondering the outcome of a new marketing blitz or the perfect thing to say that will reel em in, when in fact we should just do it.
Let me ask you a question...
Are you afraid of failure OR Are you afraid of what other people will think or say about your failure?

This is a true story of a Realtor who referred me a buyer a few years ago. The buy purchased a home for $250,000 and everything went smooth. The deal closed on time and everyone was happy!
About 8 months went buy and the buyer called me to apply for a new loan. They had decided that they had moved to far away from family and were going to move back closer. They Had listed their home, got a contract, found another home and were ready to close in 30 days. The new home was $350,000.
