contact managment systems: GoldMine CRM Tool

I know that the industry standard for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools in the Real Estate industry is most likely Top Producer. But I have had a great deal of success with GoldMine from FrontRange Solutions. I thought I would do a run down of the feature that I like the most. I do not have to be connected to the Internet to have access to my data. I have this installed on my laptop so I can get access where and when I need to.I can customize the product to the way that I do business.
