So as you have probably been seeing and hearing ( social media) the realtors bragging about selling a home in 6 minutes, before it went on market and so on claiming how great they are. These posts really says one thing that they did a disservice to the seller by not marketing the property for a least a week thru a weekend. I keep seeing the local  inexperienced realtors bragging about being in contract in 2 hours hire me, or in contract after 1 day with  4 offers, I am the best, etc, etc. Yep this is  currently taking place on Social Media I see it often.
Well listen here Mr and Mrs seller because I never have met a seller who has told me I want to sell less than market value. I have been selling Vallejo homes for almost 15 years, sure you may have received a offer 2 hours after going on the market but what about … (2 comments)
