Hello Everyone, Did you know the Community Service Section located at 2 Florida St in Vallejo will now be open to the public on Tuesday and Wednesday’s from 10am to 2pm. If you feel as though you have a neighborhood issue that you need to bring to our attention please feel free to stop by and fill out an intake form. The lobby will be staffed by volunteers as the CSS Team spends most of their day out on the street dealing with problems that have been reported. The Solano County Health and Social Services, Public Health Division staff and volunteers will conduct door-to-door surveys in Vallejo starting this Friday in an effort to better understand how the August 24 earthquake impacted residents. Community Assessment for Public Health Emergency Preparedness (CASPER) Volunteers will survey homeowners, selected at random, about their experiences during and after the earthquake. The information collected will be used to help officials assist residents to better prepare for future emergencies.
