If you are obtaining FHA financing when you purchase it it critical to make sure the community your are looking in is an FHA Approved Community! It would be terrible to fall in love a a condo or town home and find out that you can't obtain FHA financing! These are all of the communities that are currently FHA Approved until December 7, 2010 in the 92833 zip code in Fullerton California.

It is very important that when you are using FHA financing that you are looking properties that are in an FHA approved community. These are all communities that are approved for FHA financing in the 92831 zip code until the end of December 7,2010 . I will post the updated list when I get it.
