If you are obtaining FHA financing when you purchase it it critical to make sure the community your are looking in is an FHA Approved Community! It would be terrible to fall in love a a condo or town home and find out that you can't obtain FHA financing! These are all of the communities that are currently FHA Approved until December 7, 2010 in the city of Placentia, California.
