California and marijuana. When voting ended on November 8, 2016 Prop 64 started, with some items not starting until January 2017. We are past both of those points in time now and many questions are still stirring around. I am hoping this will help with the understanding for landlords and rights they have. On Saturday October 8, 2016, Placentia will be holding their 52nd Annual Heritage Festival and Parade. This will be taking place at Tri City Park, Placentia. Tina Maraj is an amazing real estate agent. I live in Maryland and needed to sell our condo in Hidden Lakes in Fullerton. From such a great distance, the seller is at a real disadvantage, not being able to do even a simple task such as walking through the home for a post-tenant-move-out inspection. I told Tina from the start that I was going to have to trust her to take care of every aspect of the sale, and furthermore I was going to rely on her judgment for important decisions such as what price the market will bare.
