Our Team RE/MAX NOC & Friends Had a great time at The Susan G. Komen Race for The Cure Orange County on Sunday, September 22nd, 2013. We reached our Team Goal of 10 participants. Our Team consisted of our Company Owner Ron Holborn and his family. Myself and my Husband Randy Tovar, Linda Hayward, Ester Choi, & Jorge Martinez, Friends of RE/MAX NOC Include Mercy Mugo, Toby & Jacqueline Johnson, Christie Hernandez, & Michael Matje.

Attention Home Buyer that are “On The Fence” Interest rates have gone up! If you are one of the many people that would like to purchase a new home but is waiting for one reason or another you may want to change your mind. Yesterday, Monday May 20th Interest rates were higher than the previous Friday. For the first time is a while we are looking at rates at 4%. Fullerton Ca: It's Railroad Days Time at The Fullerton Train Station. It is THE Event for Train Enthusiasts of all ages. The Disneyland Train is being displayed accoumpanied by official Disneyland Engineers. Thomas the Tank Engine is also in attendance. There is one of the largest model train displays that can be viewed for FREE. Donations a re happily accepted. There are I took my dog Max over this morning to get a peek early this morning. The fun continues today May 4th until 5:00 and begins again tomorrow Sunday May 5th at 9:00 a.m.

Fullerton Ca:FHA Approved Condo & Town home Communities as of 4/16/13 If you are approved for an FHA Mortgage, you should only be shopping for properties in FHA approved communities. Here is a list of ALL of the condos and town homes that are currently approved for FHA financing in the city of Fullerton in alphabetic order. There are only 10. If you are looking at other areas you will not be able to use your FHA loan unless the community/association gets approved. Contact Tina Maraj or Randy Tovar for more info.

On Saturday March 9th the Billy Idol Tribute band “Really Idol” will be playing a Free, all Ages show at The Slidebar in Down town Fullerton. This is a part of The Fullerton High School Baseball teams’ “Dining for Dollars Concert Series”. The fundraising show will take place at 2:00 on the outside patio. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some cool 80’s music and support The Fullerton High School Baseball Team. I am a huge Billy Idol Fan so I am getting a group of friends together to see the show. Orange County Ca: If you love Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies you will love the decadent new Thin Mint Milkshakes This is just one of the restraunts“give back campaigns”. The shakes will be sold though the month of March for $4.95. The Girl Scouts will receive $1 for every shake sold. What a wonderful way to support scouting and give a new spin to cookie sales! I will be visiting The Brea location to try one for myself. Our dog Max loves hanging out on their patio.
