Today was the half marathon at the Battleship, we were all looking forward to the 13.1 mile run...until we saw how hot it was going to be...we then knew. It would be a race to remember. Nationwide sales of existing homes increased unexpectedly in February after six months of decline, but private economists said it was too soon to say that the prolonged slide in U.S. housing is coming to an end. The National Association of Realtors said that sales of existing homes rose 2.9 percent in February from January levels, to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.03 million units.
