real estate in nova scotia: Get More From Your HVAC System - 02/10/22 07:38 AM
Your HVAC system works hard throughout the year to make sure that your home stays comfortable. During the chilly months of winter, it pumps hot air through the home to keep things toasty and warm. Once summer rolls around, cool air circulates to keep things from getting too hot within the home. When it’s operating at its best, you likely barely notice that it’s doing anything at all; the climate of your home remains so consistent that all of your HVAC system’s hard work just seems to happen in the background. Could it be even better, though?

real estate in nova scotia: Merging Construction Traffic in Halifax, Nova Scotia - 02/09/22 03:39 PM

There are many more new people moving to Nova Scotia than ever before and I've noticed a misunderstanding so I'm hoping to prevent further negative reactions we natives give to people who merge with the zipper technique and not the "Nova Scotia" way. LOL! An observation I had when we had two big construction projects lately.

real estate in nova scotia: Clever Uses for Useless Spaces - 06/21/21 12:18 PM

Luckily for the buyers, I represented patient sellers, I am a competent agent with integrity and selling a fabulous property. It was a lot of work on my part, correcting mistakes, ensuring everything was done on time so both sides experience a smooth transaction. I worry for others in a situation unlike this one.

It never made any sense to me as to why anyone would buy a home without representation.
Here are just some of the reasons why you should:

real estate in nova scotia: 2014 Five Year Market Summary for Forest Hills Nova Scotia - Updated - 03/09/15 02:39 AM
Five Year Market Summary for Forest Hills (MLS Area 15) in
Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia.

Average Days on Market has history of being less than the HRM average and inconsistent

My 5 year average DOM is 44 and is much shorter than the 5 year average of 69 in Forest Hills because I have an effective formula for success. Be sure to ask for details.
As a buyer, you have a great chance of negotiating a good deal if a property has been on the market longer than average in the Forest Hills area.
