midtown: Midtown Realtor Forum

As a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors I have been impressed by the speakers at the monthly main meeting. However, the regional meetings have been hit and miss as far as speakers go. That is, until one of my agents told me about the Midtown Forum. Formed by a Midtown Realtor, this forum has had councilmen, builders, assessors, an appraisor and best of all the Sacramento Bee's real estate reporter, Jim Wasserman as featured speakers. Jim's honest approach to the group resulted in a very open dialogue about broadening his source base to more than a handful of Realtors and brokers. … (0 comments)
