luke constantino: HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR GYM SPORTS WATER BOTTLE
- 03/24/17 09:00 AM
We all have a sports bottle we use when going out for a jog, to the gym or just hanging out with friends, but do you have the right one? Is it safe? When is the last time you cleaned it? Ever look inside it? I have studied the dangers of different chemicals that can leach into your water/beverage from plastic at different temeratures extensively and came to one conclusion: Plastic isn't that safe.
*** FIRST: AVOID ANY PLASTIC SPORTS BOTTLES AT ALL COSTS: I don’t care what safety rating they have on the little triangle on (15 comments)
I’m not going to say real estate is for everyone, but, if done the right way, you’re quality of life will change for the better.
The hardest part of all of this? Putting in the time and showing integrity.
Workshops and classes will be available to all new agents on my team. Have any questions, or want to make an appointment, call or text me anytime:

As a Realtor, we all know the old adage, “Everything Works”, so we all try to strive to be better through different venues and save money wherever possible, at least most of us. I was doing some research when I came across “EDDM”, every door direct mail, where you bundle and bring your postcards to the post office, use those desired “oversized postcards”, the mail carrier distributes them out personally to each address on their route and the postage is only 17 cents a postcard. In a perfect world, this would be a great idea/deal, but beware… Things are not always (9 comments)
I was called to list a property recently, and the owner was on the fence, thinking about selling it himself. He said “Why do I need a real estate agent? The lawyer is the one who closes on the deal, no?” I started to laugh. “There’s a whole process that goes on to get you to that deal… And get you the best price before it goes to that lawyer. A good Realtor represents your best interests in many facets, shapes and forms” There’s a lot of things the general public doesn’t know about how (2 comments)
KNOW YOUR CREDIT SCORE If you don't have a recent credit report, get one before you start looking for an apartment (go to freecreditreport.com). Nobody expects perfect credit if you're renting, but a score above 580 or 600 is a plus. If there is a reason for a low credit score and you have documents to back it up (medical, divorce, etc) you can try to explain your situation.
KNOW YOURSELF Do a background check on yourself, this (0 comments)

luke constantino: Commission Lost: The Untold Story of Real Estate
- 02/18/14 08:52 AM
By Luke Constantino Most people who enter the real estate field think they are going to make money with no flaw, no waste of time, this isn’t always the case. I have been doing real estate for over 20 years and ran into my worst year ever. Knowing all the games, ins and outs and techniques sometimes isn’t enough. It’s all a game of numbers: Some are gains… Some are loses. Here are some factual accounts of some of these loses:

Lower Manhattan has always been known for its diversity, restaurants, financial district, culture, and beautiful pre-war buildings. Its train stops are a hub to go anywhere you want in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx and Queens. Yes… The building was bought at a great deal from the previous owner: http://www.thelodownny.com/leslog/2013/09/281-grand-street-sells-for-8-5-million.html And, got some negative press: http://therealdeal.com/blog/2013/12/05/les-apartment-building-owner-tries-for-quick-profit/ BUT… There are a few things the over-zealous reporter Julie Strickland forgot to mention: This building was bought at a deal, especially in a Manhattan inventory shortage. Before all this negative press, some (1 comments)
