What does the word “cobble” mean? Cobble Hill is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, just south of Brooklyn Heights and north of Carroll Gardens; its name was derived from all the cobblestones left here from the ships that used them as ballast. Cobblestone ballasts kept large ships (which had large sails back in the 1600’s) from tipping over and gave them an even keel. Back then, South Brooklyn was a major shipping port. The beautiful homes

By Luke Constantino Every time I go into Brooklyn Heights or Manhattan I’m surrounded by either a Starbucks or some little café selling some foo foo vente’ chai latte half calf with hazel nut moco garbage. I think I need “The Idiots Guide on how to buy Coffee “here. My friends seem to enjoy buying this stuff, and I always ask “What did you get?” They always give me some description of their coffee that is in 3 different languages and is topped with something that should be on ice cream. I always answer “You didn’t get sprinkles with that?” laugh, (1 comments)
There are a million questions that go through someone’s mind when they are getting ready to sell their house/property and there are very few property owners who can answer all of them. This is why the majority of home owners seek out an experienced Realtor.
HOW MUCH IS MY PROPERTY WORTH?
Everyone has an opinion or an aunt who is “in real estate” who says your house is worth X amount “and you shouldn’t take a penny less!!!” (1 comments)
luke constantino: Reasons why you should have a buyer’s broker on your side

Luke Constantino - 5/1/12 You’re buying a house… You finally cleaned up your credit, saved a little money and are looking for that place you always wanted. You find it; everything is perfect, except for one thing: “The price”. You know in your heart you can get it for a little less, but you don’t want to overprice your first bid always having on your mind I could have gotten it for less. If you underprice it, the seller will not take you seriously… What to do?
Call a buyer’s broker.

After talking to a number of people, I narrowed down the list of pizzerias to the five places most mentioned. After going on this quest, I had to double my time in the gym, but it was worth it. Don’t get bent out of shape if your place isn’t here, I’m only one guy with two feet and one stomach. If you have another place, that’s great - let me know. Here are the five from my list. At each place, I tried the regular slice.
