Yesterday, I had to kill an accepted offer on a property to get my client 10,000 more. As you know, you have to disclose all information and offers in this business. On this one particular property, I got the property owner 10,000 dollars below the asking price, which is pretty good these days, so he accepted the offer and we were about to go into contract till… I got a last minute offer for exact asking price!
