Selling your home takes more than just lip service When I get a call about listing a Wilmington NC home I assume it means the Homeowner is ready to sell. That's not always the case. "Well, we would like to sell and; downsize, move up, move to another town, move across the country, MOVE ON! But . . . (and here's the kicker, folks!) we're not going to give it away.
