title rancho cucamonga: Its that time of the month! WATCH OUT - 05/29/12 11:33 PM
Crazy as it may sound but month end is starting to excite me like it did back in the day.All the fervor of people shuffling around and operations trying to close out their books. The insanity of FHA Payoff's and the sense of urgency all around.
To many, it is a time of stress and headache, to me it is a sign of BLISS...
For many of us who have been making it through the BUST, we went from madness, to no urgency, because there were not that many files.
To see companies hiring people back, expanding operations, and offices busy … (1 comments)

title rancho cucamonga: Practicing Values, Leadership! Actions vs. Words - 05/09/12 01:13 AM
One man or woman practicing discipline, leadership, gratitude, commitment, etc. is far better than 100 teaching it. Do first. Then teach.

So it is said that actions speak louder than words. The question is do we live by this personally and within our teams?
Here is the true question, Do we ourselves represent our values, and do the individuals we have as a part of our team accurately reflect them as well?
Today post I apologize is heavy on cliches, however, they are there for a reason. We are told that we become like the 5 people we hang around … (1 comments)

title rancho cucamonga: Use of Twitter, Hashtags... - 04/24/12 11:22 PM
Hashtag? Are you familiar?

We all watch TV from time to time and see the #word come across the screen and many wonder what that is, and if you are watching the voice, the celebrities are commenting along side the hashtags online.
The hashtag is the # followed by a word. It is a way of separating of categorizing a conversation across twitter. If you search a word or topic on twitter, it is sorted by the hashtags people use. This is how TV shows are using hashtags on there shows. They use hashtags to get live viewer feedback.

title rancho cucamonga: Extra Time... How do you use it? - 02/28/12 10:46 PM
How do you use this extra day?
Once every 4 years we get an extra day to love, work, appreciate, pray or whatever it is you do! How do you use your extra minutes?
Wild thought right... Have you ever thought about having extra time? Or is that fleeting thought when a brush with death has been had, or someone close to you gets hurt.
It seems as though we get shortsighted most of the time.
How awesome would it be, if we worked hard to make a difference in the lives of others, each and every day?

Day in and day out people ask, What do you hear? When will the market completely turn around? And the number of responses are as varied as the people you ask.
Last Friday we at WEREP heard from a local, well invested man, whose family company has some large investments in the Inland empire and state.
The man that spoke was Randall Lewis of the Lewis Companies.  He is very well respected, and we had a large turnout, and even the ENITRE Rancho Cucamonga City Council. It was awesome to see and the energy was electric.

title rancho cucamonga: Graciousness- Christmas Time! - 12/09/11 01:38 AM
I can remember before the market crashed, and people were happy and fevereish around this time of year... Do You Recall?
Then.... 2007 happened....
The next several years were wuite somber, and polar opposite to what had transpired the previous years. I am excited to say, it has been crazy. People and offices are having Christmas Events again. Not to the scale they were, but, it is a HUGE sign of healing and that people are positive about where we are going!
If you needed an extra kick to motivate you, find one of these folks! Brainstorm...
If you focus on being … (5 comments)
