Author Bio:I began my real estate career at Charles Rutenberg Realty out of Naperville, IL as a part time agent while I finished up my Bachelors Degree in Business Management and worked as a full time associate engineer at Borgwarner Automotive in Bellwood, IL to help pay for school. After I graduated college in 2005, I left Borgwarner to focus solely on Real Estate. I am now a full time agent at Realty Executives Ambassador out of Orland Park, IL working under Broker/Owner Robert Shutay. I specialize in helping first time home buyers and new investors in the purchase of foreclosed or distressed properties. While I still find it fun and rewarding to help a client in the traditional purchase of a home I love the added challenge of closing a foreclosure for well under market value.
