Thank you Belinda for getting to the point - PRICE SELLS - or keeps a home from selling. Homeowners hang on to their emtional ties and the falsehood that it "Just takes one buyer". Buyers don't search for "one" house, they look at many - probably hundreds of homes by the time they've looked on line as well as in person. Because buyers look at so many homes, they aren't easliy easily duped into spending more than market value ( your home is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it.)
