When should we start looking for a new home if we are on a lease?
Question: Our lease ends March 3; we have to give a 60 day move out notice. So, if we give notice at the end of December, could we start looking then?
Answer: Yes !! Definitely start looking at the end of December. You need to start at least 60 days prior to move out because you need to narrow down your search area. Since the seller has agreed to pay $1000.00 towards our closing costs instead of fixing anything on the inspection report, how will this help us and should we say okay?
