It all doesn't have to be bad! The market is really hard on some. But on the other hand, it can be very exciting for those first time home buyers that have waited patiently to buy their first home. Nothing can compare to the excitement and smiles when you place the key in their hands. It is a great feeling.... It is a slow go to sell out there. A lot of agents are struggling to support their families and sellers are finally getting a clue that their home just might be over-priced.
