For the first time in 10 years I put out a sign "COMING SOON" on a $1.1 million dollar listing and had a contract that night. I don't know if this is a strong sign that the market in Austin is in high gear, but it sure makes up for those listing that took months and months and months and months to sell. This is our best quarter in 3 years and the last quarter of last year was also the best quarter in three years, and vaulted into the #3 position of large groups in Austin by the Austin Business … (3 comments)
