I almost had to Google this word as the meaning had escaped me for some time. Tis amazing the energy we get from a period of frustration of so many "LISTINGS" sitting on the market to "PENDINGS"in May. Just need about 10 more to pop up this coming month, and, maybe, the stress level will diminish for our other sellers........... We have all had to bear with a massive challenge over the past several months to years, and it is nice to have a good month for our clients and our and their mindset.
