We have had 10 showings in 13 days for 1424 W Woodshire Dr 37922 This home will be sold soon! Just FYI...my marketing plan has yielded over 4,000 hits on Realtor.com and that doesn't even account for Century21 or MY website. Exposure is the 2nd most important thing next to PRICE. But what about location Rich? I'm glad you asked, ACTIVERAIN voice. Most buyers have already chosen the "location" they want to live in ie...West Knox, North Hills, Powell, Farragut, Seymour. Once that decision is made location takes a backseat so to say because you are now competing against the homes … (0 comments)
