fax: How do Realtors, Lenders and Attorneys prefer to receive their documents from the Title Company?

There are a few options on how you can receive your documents pertaining to Real Estate Settlements. 1. Of course there is the good old USPS. In this fast moving environment that is akin to the "Pony Express" 2. Many professionals still opt for the fax when receiving their documents. The biggest drawback on this is that you have to be there at the machine at the time it is sent to get those in real time. There is also a confidentiality issue which could be a problem.
